LAYN Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 237 amino acids (22-235) and having a molecular mass of 26.7kDa.LAYN is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. LAYN; also known as Layilin; contains 1 c-type lectin domain. This protein is receptor for hyaluronate and Interacts with NF2; RDX and TLN1. The C-terminal domain interacts with the N-terminal domain of RDX.
