GLIPR2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 174 amino acids (1-154) & having a molecular mass of 19.3 kDa.The GLIPR2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography techniques. GLIPR2 is linked to plant pathogenesis-related (PR-1) proteins; which are upregulated in reaction to pathogen attack. GLIPR2 is localized within lipid-enriched microdomains on the cytosolic side of the endomembrane system. GLIPR2 is closely attached to membranes and lacks the cytosol; though it lacks a membrane-spanning domain.

- Store GLIPR2 at 4[o]C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store; frozen at -20[o]C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
