Gastrokine 2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain (a.a 21-184) containing 174 amino acids including a 10 a.a N-terminal His tag. The total molecular mass is 19.6kDa (calculated). Gastrokine-2 (GKN2) is expressed in the gastric mucosa. GKN2 forms a heterodimer with TFF1- disulfide linked. GKN2 interacts with TFF2.
