CTNNBIP1 Recombinant E.coli produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 101 amino acids (1-81 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 11.3 kDa. The CTNNBIP1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CTNNBIP1 binds CTNNB1 and avoids interaction between CTNNB1 and TCF (T-cell transcription factor) family members. CTNNBIP1 is a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway.
