CSRP2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 217 amino acids (1-193) and having a molecular mass of 23.5kDa.CSRP2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CSRP2 belongs to the CSRP family. CSRP2 holds 2 LIM zinc-binding domains that take part in regulatory processes essential for development and cellular differentiation. Additionally; CSRP2 is involved in the development of the embryonic vascular system.
