COX4NB Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids (1-210) and having a molecular mass of 25.9 kDa.The COX4NB is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. COX4NB is a member of the UPF0172 (NOC4) family and is located on chromosome 16; next to the COX4 gene. The COX4NB is expressed in high levels in the pancreas; moderate levels in the heart; skeletal muscle; and placenta and low levels in the liver; lung; kidney and brain.
