COMMD6 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 108 amino acids (1-85) and having a molecular mass of 12kDa.COMMD6 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. COMM Domain Containing (COMMD6) which is a part of the NF-kappa-B -inhibiting proteins; contains one COMM domain. COMMD6 down-regulates the activation of NF-kappa-B and inhibits TNF-induced NFKB1 activation.
