CDC123 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 359 amino acids (1-336 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 41.5kDa.CDC123 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CDC123 is a member of the CDC123 family. CDC123 is required for S phase entry of the cell cycle. It is also broadly expressed in spleen; thymus; prostate; testis; ovary; small intestine; colon and leukocytes with the uppermost expression in testis.
