- Source : Escherichia Coli. CAB39 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 361 amino acids (1-341 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 42 kDa. The CAB39 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CAB39 protein and STE20-related adaptor-alpha pseudo kinase; form a regulatory complex that is able of stimulating the activity of the LKB1 tumor suppressor protein kinase. CAB39 takes part as a scaffolding component of the STK11/STRAD complex and regulates STK11 activity and cellular localization.
