BTF3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 229 amino acids (1-206 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa.BTF3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Basic transcription factor 3 (BTF3); which is a member of the NAC-beta family; forms a stable complex with RNA polymerase II. The BTF3 protein is vital for the initiation of transcription.
