BCAR1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Breast Cancer Anti-Estrogen Resistance 1 (BCAR1) is a Src family kinase substrate which takes part in a range of cellular events such as migration; survival; transformation; and invasion. BCAR1 plays a vital role for tyrosine kinase-based signaling related to cell adhesion.
