- Source : Escherichia Coli. ANKRA2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 336 amino acids (1-313a.a) and having a molecular mass of 36.7kDa. ANKRA2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ankyrin Repeat Family A2; also known as ANKRA2 contains 5 ANK repeats. ANKRA2 assist endocytosis by linking megalin to components of the cytoskeleton or endocytic machinery.
