AAGAB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 335 amino acids (1-315 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.7kDa.AAGAB is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Alpha & Gamma-Adaptin Binding Protein (AAGAB); which is also known as P34; takes part in membrane traffic and interacts with AP1G1 and AP2A1.AAGAB is highly expressed in skin and keratinocytes; with the highest levels in adrenal gland; rectum and thymus.
