NEK7 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 326 amino acids (1-302 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 37kDa.NEK7 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NEK7; protein kinase; has a vital role in mitotic cell cycle progression. It is essential for microtubule nucleation activity of the centrosome; robust mitotic spindle formation and cytokinesis. NEK7 is greatly expressed in lung; muscle; testis; brain; heart; liver; leukocyte and spleen.
