TSTD3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 120 amino acids (1-97 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 13.7kDa.TSTD3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Thiosulfate Sulfurtransferase Like Domain Containing 3; also known as TSTD3 contains 1 rhodanese domain which is characterized by an active site cysteine residue that has the ability to bind sulfane sulfur and catalyse sulfur transfer.
