Staphylokinase Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 136 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 16kDa.The Staphylokinase is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Staphylokinase (SAK) is a 136-amino acidenzymefrom Staphylococcus aureus. It is positively regulated by the 'agr' gene regulator. It activates plasminogen; which in turn can degrade various host proteins during infection.

- Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
