SAT2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 190 amino acids (1-170) and having a molecular mass of 21.0kDa.SAT2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Spermidine/Spermine N1-Acetyltransferase 2; also known as SAT2 catalyzes the acetylation of polyamines (Acetyl-CoA + an alkane-alpha;omega-diamine = CoA + an N-acetyldiamine).
