- Source : Escherichia Coli. PSMD13 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 399 amino acids (1-376a.a) and having a molecular mass of 45.3kDa. PSMD13 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Proteasome 26S Subunit; Non-ATPase 13 (PSMD13) is a part of the proteasome subunit S11 family and contains one PCI domain. PSMD13 plays a role as a regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome which takes part in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins.
