METTL21A Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 149 amino acids (93-218) and having a molecular mass of 17 kDa.METTL21A is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. METTL21A; which is a part of the methyltransferase superfamily; is a Protein-lysine methyltransferase that in vitro methylates HSPA1; HSPA5 and HSPA8.
