- Extra Details:
- Source : E.coli. IDH3G Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 375 amino acids (40-393) and having a molecular mass of 41.1kDa.IDH3G is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Isocitrate dehydrogenase [NAD] subunit gamma (IDH3G) mitochondrial is a member of the isocitrate and isopropylmalate dehydrogenases family. Isocitrate dehydrogenases catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. The IDH3G is a gamma subunit of one isozyme of isocitrate dehydrogenase which belongs to a distinct subclass; which utilizes NAD(+) as the electron acceptor; and is restricted to the mitochondrial matrix.
