- Source : Escherichia Coli. GDA Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 477 amino acids (1-454) and having a molecular mass of 53kDa. GDA is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GDA is a member of the ATZ/TRZ family and is in charge for the hydrolytic deamination of guanine. GDA takes part in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GDA.
