ENO3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 454 amino acids (1-434) and having a molecular mass of 49.0 kDa.ENO3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. ENO3 is one of three enolase isoenzymes in mammals. The homodimer ENO3 is located in skeletal muscle cells of adults and has a part in converting phosphoglyceric acid to phosphenolpyruvic acid in the glycolytic pathway. Mutations in ENO3 gene is linked to metabolic myopathies which is caused by low stability of the enzyme.

- Store at 4[o]C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store; frozen at -20[o]C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
