ADAL Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 292 amino acids (1-267) and having a molecular mass of 32.7kDa.ADAL is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Adenosine deaminase-like protein (ADAL) is a putative nucleoside deaminase. ADAL catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine or some similar substrate and has a role in purine metabolism.
