- Source : Escherichia Coli. MCP4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated; Polypeptide chain containing 96 amino acids (24-98) and having a molecular mass of 10.8 kDa. The MCP-4 is fused to 21 amino acids His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CCL13 chemokine is part of the CC chemokine family (TARC). CCL13 protein induces chemotaxis in monocytes; eosinophils; T lymphocytes; and basophils by binding cell surface G-protein linked chemokine receptors such as CCR2; CCR3 and CCR5. CCL13 is induced by the inflammatory cytokines IL1 & TNFA.
