LTBR Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 224 amino acids (28-227 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa.LTBR is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Lymphotoxin Beta Receptor; also known as LTBR takes part in signaling during the development of lymphoid and other organs; lipid metabolism; immune response; and programmed cell death. In addition; the activity of this receptor has been associated to carcinogenesis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for LTBR.
