Tri a 14.0101 consists of 4 helical fragments and irregular C-terminal regions which are highly stable to heat treatment and proteolytic attack.Recombinant Non-Specific Lipid-Transfer Protein Tri a 14 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated; polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 13kDa. Tri a 14.0101 is expressed with a 6xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
