The expression of PIGR is critically regulated by the pro-inflammatory cytokines; such as IL-1; IL-4; TNF-a; and IFN-?.PIGR Human produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 629 amino acids (19-638 aa) and having a molecular mass of 68.9 kDa.PIGR is fused to a 6 amino acid His tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
