Ara h 8.0101 is cross-reactive with Gly m 4 from soy bean and Bet v 1 from silver birch. Ara h 8.0101 is responsible for oral allergy syndrome and also has low stability to roasting and no stability to gastric digestion.Recombinant Ara h 8.0101 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated; polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 18;192 Dalton. Ara h 8.0101 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
