Ara h 2.0201 is a Weak inhibitor of trypsin and is a conglutin storage protein which accounts together with Ara h 6.0101 for the majority of the IgE immune response.Recombinant Allergen Ara h 2.0201 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated; polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 20;000 Dalton. Ara h 2.0201 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
