There isn’t much known about the signalling pathway underlying the Siva-induced apoptosis.SIVA1 expression is modulated in multiple pathological processes.SIVA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 198 amino acids (1-175 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.1 kDa. SIVA1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
