- SIRPB1; CD172b; SIRP-BETA-1; SIRP-Beta-1 Isoform 3; CD172b Antigen; CD172b.
- Extra Details:
- Source: Sf9; Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Signal-regulatory protein beta-1 isoform 1 or SIRPB1; is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor which is a part of the SIRP superfamily. SIRPB1 is a cell membrane receptor that takes part in the negative regulation of tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling pathway. SIRPB1 is engaged in the activation of tyrosine kinase SYK; SIRP alpha molecules (activates SHP-1 and SHP-2 protein tyrosine phosphatases); etc. SIRPB1produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain (30-371 a.a.) and fused to a 6 aa His Tag at C-terminus containing a total of 348 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 38.0kDa. SIRPB1shows multiple bands between 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE; reducing conditions and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
