SH3GL3 is a protein coding gene which drafts proteins with high curvature to membranes.SH3GL3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 370 amino acids (1-347 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 41.7kDa. SH3GL3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
