SCRN1 increases both the level of secretion and the sensitivity of mast cells to stimulation with calcium.SCRN1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 437 amino acids (1-414 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 48.8kDa. SCRN1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
