Pfn1 significantly enhances skin wound healing in-vitro as well as in-vivo which is mediated by purinergic receptors. Furthermore; Pfn1 is also active in endothelial cell migration and vessel sprouting. Pfn1 is considered to regulate actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals.PFN1 Rat Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 164 amino acids (1-140 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 17.5kDa. PFN1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
