Interferon Regulatory Factor-1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain containing 134 amino acids (1-114) with a His Tag of 20 aa; and having a molecular mass of 15 kDa.The IRF-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. IRF1; Interferon regulatory factor 1; is a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family which regulates gene expression critical to immune response; hematopoiesis and proliferation. IRF-1 is a transcriptional activator for IFN-A; IFN-B; and IFN-G stimulated genes. IRF1 is also a tumor suppressor transcription factor inducing apoptosis of tumorigenic cell lines.

- Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
