KLF4 is takes part in the differentiation of epithelial cells in addition to skeletal and kidney development.KLF4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 422 amino acids (11-395 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 44.2kDa. KLF4 is fused to a 37 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
