- Source: Sf9; Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Inducible T-Cell Costimulator Ligand also known as ICOSLG; is part of the B7 family of co-stimulatory molecules related to B7-1 and B7-2. ICOSLG is a transmembrane glycoprotein with extracellular IgV and IgC domains; in addition it binds to ICOS on activated T cells. The dependent signaling of ICOSLG takes part in a proliferative response.ICOSLG produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 480 amino acids (19-256a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 53.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa).ICOSLG is expressed with a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
