ICAM-3/CD50 can be found in every leukocyte and acts as a crucial ligand for LFA-1 in the start of the immune system response. ICAM-3/CD50 acts as an adhesion molecule and is also a potent signaling protein.ICAM3 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 698 amino acids (30-485 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 76.7kDa.ICAM3 is fused to a 242 amino acid hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
