In addition; the beta as well as gamma chains are essential for the GTPase activity; for replacement of GDP by GTP; and also for G protein-effector interaction.GNG12 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 92 amino acids (1-69 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 10.1kDa. GNG12 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
