It is an excellent marker for carcinoid tumors; phenochromocytomas; paragangliomas; and other neuroendocrine tumors. Coexpression of chromogranin A and neuron specific enolase (NSE) is common in neuroendocrine neoplasms.CHGA Human Recombinant is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 445 amino acids (19-457a.a) and having a molecular mass of 49.7kDa (calculated). CHGA is fused to a 6 a.a His tag at C-terminal.
