CD79A is also needed for BCR surface expression and for efficient differentiation of pro-B and pre-B-cells. CD79A plays an important role in the tumor promoting effects of myeloid cells; and is a novel target for cancer therapy.CD79A Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 119 amino acids (33-143a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 13.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28kDa).CD79A is expressed with a 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
