The CMRF35 antigen was identified by reactivity with a monoclonal antibody and present on monocytes; neutrophils; and some T and B lymphocytes.CD300C Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids (29-183a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40 kDa). CD300C is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
