CD9 is necessary for the egg-sperm fusion during mammalian fertilization.CD9 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 107 amino acids (112-195) and having a molecular mass of 12kDa.CD9 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
