AMH is a glycoprotein which is produced by the Sertoli cells of the testis; causes regression of the Muellerian duct. AMH inhibits the growth of tumors derived from tissues of Muellerian duct origin. Moreover; AMH participates in Leydig cell differentiation and function in addition to follicular development in adult females.AMH Human Recombinant is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 439 amino acids (19-451a.a) and having a molecular mass of 46.5kDa (calculated). AMH is fused to a 6 a.a His tag at C-terminal.
