This is a small; possibly secreted molecule of yet weakly defined functions that is widely expressed in human tissues. Expression of AGR2 shows a positive correlation with expression of estrogen receptor in breast carcinoma and a negative correlation with expression of EGF receptor.AGR2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 180 amino acids (21-175) and having a molecular mass of 20.5kDa.AGR2 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
