Figure 1: Total cell lysates from Jurkat cells were incubated with STS; resolved by electrophoresis; transferred to PVDF membrane; and probed with Rat Anti-Human Caspase-8 . Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Rat IgM-HRP secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
