Streptavidin PE is intended for detecting biotinylated antigens and biotinylated antibodies by FLOW cytometry. Streptavidin PE is intended for detecting biotinylated antigens and biotinylated antibodies by flow cytometry.
Purification:
Purified recombinant protein is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated protein and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
