Figure 1: Anti-Hu HLA-G FITC antibody (clone 01G) specificity verification by flow cytometry Anti-Hu HLA-G FITC antibody (concentration in sample 9 μg/ml; red-filled histogram) binds specifically to HLA-G on surface of HLA-G transfected LCL cells (upper panel); but not to non-transefected K562 cells (lower panel).
