- Description :Anti-Dxd antibody(1A5); Rabbit mAbDxd is a potent anti-cancer drug; acting as an alkaloid camptothecin analog and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor. It forms a stable complex with topoisomerase I and DNA; impeding DNA replication and inducing cancer cell death. Dxd is utilized as a payload in specific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs); with examples such as trastuzumab deruxtecan targeting HER2 and patritumab deruxtecan targeting HER3.
