Additional Names:
CD73|E5NT|ecto-5'-nucleotidase|NT5E|Nucleotidase
Extra Details:
CD73, also known as Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, is an ectoenzyme that is attached to the cell membrane by a glycosylphophatidylinositol anchor. The enzyme is expressed by most cell types. The 5 ' -Nucleotidase activity of CD73converts extracellular nucleoside-5 ' -monophosphates to nucleosides. CD73 is one of several enzymesresponsible for the production of extracellular adenosine, a signaling molecule that is involved in responses toinflammation and tissue injury. CD73 hydrolyzes extracellular nucleotides into membrane permeablenucleosides.
Formulation:
Recombinant Rat 5'-Nucleotidase/NT5E/CD73 Protein is produced by Human Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Trp29-Lys549) of rat 5'-Nucleotidase/NT5E/CD73 (Accession
